But to make it interesting here is a few of my favorite recipes to use our preserves with.


"Salsa Chicken"

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)

taco seasoning (optional)

1. Preheat your oven to 375.
2. Place chicken in a oven safe dish with high enough sides that the     salsa wont drip out. I use a casserole dish when i do this. Lightly grease you dish so the chicken wont stick to the bottom. If you want a bit more spice to this dish add your taco seasoning and then pour salsa evenly over the top of the chicken.
3. Bake the chicken for 30mins. Time may varey to make sure make sure the chicken is cooked chicken should be tender and juices run clear.
4. Remove the chicken and sprinkle your cheese overtop and put back into the oven for a few minutes to let the cheese melt. Add sour cream on top if you like, and serve!


"CURRY in a HURRY"

RECIPES for this high end Turmeric sauce.

-Fold into cooked rice just before serving.
-Drizzle over steamed cauliflower just before seving.
-Add 1 can of quality coconut milk to 1/2 cup of my "Curry in a Hurry" and bubble 3 minutes with shrimp serve on a plain rice.
-Pour one cup of curry in a hurry over raw skinless chicken breasts cook in a glass casserole for 30 minutes in oven at 325. 
-Add 1/4 cup of curry in a hurry to raw hamburg form into a meat loaf and press into bread pan bake 40 minutes at 350 and enjoy.
